Stix Restaurant & Bar is designed to provide a comfortable and fun environment for any occasion, with a strong emphasis on family and a friendly welcoming atmosphere, a menu with a strong focus on our custom-built wood fire pit with South American flavours, along with some bistro favourites. Stix is sure to have something to impress everyone.
Our outdoor private marquee makes a great spot to celebrate a special occasion with your family or friends, complete with a view of the gardens that is both peaceful and beautiful.

Our steaks are cooked over a balance of coal, open flame and herbs to create a uniquely flavoured steak. Our firepit is custom built so our dedicated team of chefs can produce the most outstanding and tender steak.
A curated drinks menu fit to quench any thirst.
The beverage list has a strong focus on local wines and craft beers, we love to showcase small producers, but will always have your favourites available on our extensive wine, beer and spirits list.
Cocktails are a fun feature of the menu, featuring regular collaborations with local distilleries including Naught Gin just a few kilometres away.
